CONTRACT & GOODS
We make every effort to ensure all items are accurately described and available for dispatch within a reasonable time frame. Should an error occur or an item be unavailable we will contact you as soon as possible via email with the option of either reconfirming your order with the correct details or cancelling your order. Should you wish to cancel a full refund of any amount paid will be issued.
In the event that, after you click to buy, we discover an error with the advertised prices or availability, we reserve the right not to supply the goods ordered and to offer a refund or alternative goods.
In the event that some, but not all, of the goods ordered are mis-priced or unavailable we will contact you with the option of either cancelling the entire order, cancelling part of the order or substituting the unavailable goods for alternatives.
Where goods are unavailable and you order alternative goods from us or where goods have been mis-priced and you reconfirm your order at the correct price, these terms of sale shall apply to the order and supply of the agreed goods.
We have the right to terminate the contract if full payment for the goods is not received in cleared funds or the terms of this agreement are breached in any way.

We only sell items in member states of the European Union and the European Free Trade Association (EFTA).
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Items are usually dispatched within 48 working hours of cleared payment.
Once dispatched, orders usually arrive within the time frame stated at checkout. In the case of a lost or delayed item we need to wait at least 14 working days after dispatch before a replacement can be issued. In this case you may also be required to complete a missing item form to verify that the item has not arrived.
Should we be unable to meet the dispatch or delivery time given we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you. Should a significant delay occur we will contact you with the option of cancelling your order.
The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order unless agreed in writing.
In the event a customer places an order and later discovers the address they supplied at time of purchase was incorrect it will be the customer's responsibility to locate the delivery. We will only be able to resend the order once the original order has been returned to us.
If delivery cannot be made to your address for any reason we will contact you as soon as possible.
For items where delivery charges are not stated please contact us for a quote.
If you deliberately fail to take delivery of the goods then we reserve the right to store the goods until delivery is achieved and charge you for any associated costs.
On exercising your right to cancel you shall be required to return the gods to us. Should you fail to return the goods, we reserve the right to deduct any direct costs incurred in retrieving the goods.
In the case where a customer rejects their order when our courier tries to deliver it we will not be liable for any courier charges that then arise in retrieving that order or having it returned back to us. In this case such charges will be deducted from any refund or charged to the customer.
If the courier asks you to sign for the goods then please check their condition. If the item or packaging has been badly damaged or opened you must make a note of this with the courier when signing. Do not reject the goods - you must sign for them and then notify us of any problems.
LIABILITY
We shall have no liability for any delay in the delivery of your order or for any reason that the delay is due including war, terrorism, labour disputes, strikes, or any other similar events.
We shall have no liability including liability for negligence for the acts or omissions of telecommunications providers, financial institutions or similar companies or any third parties. This extends to faults and failures of their equipment, computers and networks.
We take all reasonable precautions to keep details of your order & payment secure, however, we will not be liable for any unauthorised access to the information supplied by you. We keep only basic contact and order details on file. No credit card details are kept on file. Our company will ensure compliance with GDPR at all times.
We shall have no liability for damage caused as a result of the intended use of any product we sell. It is the customer's responsibility to satisfy themselves that the item is safe and suitable for the intended use before using it.

MERCEDES_BENZ RETURNS POLICY
This returns policy is designed to assist you in returning items purchased via our online store. This policy does not cover any goods or services purchased in store or from a Mercedes-Benz Authorised Retailer. This policy in no way limits, excludes or replaces your rights under Irish Consumer Law’s, regulations or otherwise as required by law.
Incorrect, damaged, faulty or defective products
If you believe that the product you have purchased from our online store is the incorrect product or is damaged, faulty or defective, please contact our offices via e-mail provided above.
Returning an item
If you wish to return a product you have purchased, you may submit a return request ( via e-mail address provided above) and we will provide a refund for the product provided that:
a) The request for a return/refund is made within 14 days of the date of purchase of the product; and
b) You are able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase; and
c) The product is in saleable condition, that is it is unworn or unused with all original sealed packaging or tags attached, with all original accessories, manuals and documentation, where the product seal is not broken or tampered; and
d)The item is not subject to the exclusions listed below.
Returns Process
1. Ensure your return request meets the requirements of this returns policy.
2. Complete and submit an e-mail to address listed in this document.
3. Upon receipt of your e-mail, we will contact you via return email, where we may:
Request further information; or
b)Approve your request for a refund; or
Reject your request for a refund if the return policy requirements are not met.
4. If your return request is approved, we will advise you of the next steps including how and where to return the product. Unless otherwise stated, you are responsible for returning the product and the costs associated.
5. All returns approvals are subject to a final inspection of the product by us to ensure compliance with this policy.
6. Refunds for all purchases will be given using your original payment method to the original purchaser. We will endeavour to execute the refund as soon as practicable following approval of the return request (this can take between 7-14 working days once returned item/s are received).
Delivery Fees for Return
We will not refund any Delivery Fees that you have paid at initial purchase to have the product shipped to you.
You will be liable for the shipping costs associated with any return of a product.
