The camera is automatically activated when reverse gear is engaged.
Thanks to its very ample range the complete area to the rear of the vehicle is covered by the colour-image camera and microphone, both visually as well as acoustically.
During manoeuvring the camera image is not immediately deactivated when driving forwards.
The camera image remains visible for approximately 15 seconds.
